Corbis offers a very generous benefits package. The following is a sample of the benefits offered to full-time employees in the United States:

HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS

Medical, vision, and dental insurance

Corbis employees pay a small monthly premium for medical, dental and vision insurance. All insurance benefits for eligible employees and their dependents begin on the first day of employment.

Long-term disability

Full-time employees are eligible for long-term disability coverage for disabilities for 90+ days.

Life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D)

Full-time employees are provided group term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Corbis provides these employees with a life insurance policy that is equivalent to two times their annual salary.

Flexible spending accounts

Employees have the option to pay for medical premiums, unreimbursed health care expenses and dependent care costs with pre-tax dollars through a Flexible Spending Account.

TIME-OFF BENEFITS

Regular and Floating Holidays

Corbis recognizes eight paid holidays per year. In addition, employees are eligible for four additional "floating holidays," which they make take off at any time during the year, subject to management approval.

Vacation

Eligible employees earn two weeks of vacation annually for the first three years of employment. Employees earn three weeks of vacation in the fourth year and four weeks vacation after eight years in the company.

Sick leave

Corbis' sick leave policy lets eligible employees take time off to care for themselves or a sick or terminally ill family member. Up to 12 days of sick leave per year are earned by each eligible employee.

Family and medical leave

All eligible Corbis employees can take unpaid leave to care for a newborn child, or a newly placed foster care child, or to care for a family member or domestic partner with a serious health condition (or themselves in the case of a serious, debilitating illness).

New parent leave

Corbis has a extremely generous new parent leave policy. Corbis will provide up to 90 calendar days of paid leave for eligible primary caregivers of a newborn or adopted child.
